Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Harbourstone Pizza collects, uses, and protects information when you browse our website, send a contact message, or join the seasonal specials email list for our Mt Eden kitchen at 327 Dominion Road, Auckland.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form or newsletter field, we may receive your name, email address, phone number if you include it, message text about orders or catering, and the time you submitted the form. Our hosting tools may also log basic technical details such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website — phone and in-person payments are handled separately in the shop.
How we use information
We use contact details to answer order questions, confirm catering trays, clarify delivery addresses, and send seasonal special or hour updates only when you subscribe. Technical logs help us keep pages loading and spot misuse. We do not use your data to create unrelated marketing profiles or sell lists to other businesses.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by hosting, email, or form providers that help run the site, under instructions limited to operating Harbourstone Pizza communications. We may also disclose information if New Zealand law requires it. Phone: 09 630 3378. Email: [email protected].
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, or ask us to stop sending specials emails. Unsubscribe links appear in those messages when we send them. For cookie controls, see our Cookie Policy. We aim to respond to privacy requests within a reasonable time during business days.
