We keep the menu focused: a handful of pizzas done well, shareable sides like seasoned fries and cheesy garlic bread, and a few limited specials each season so nothing sits around.

Flour, water, salt, and time form the base. Mozzarella is shredded fresh for service. Pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, roasted capsicum, and herbs are stocked for dinner rush. Dough rests overnight so the crust stays tender with a light chew. We finish pies with a brush of olive oil and a sprinkle of oregano. If you need dairy-free cheese or no onion, tell the team when you place the order and we will note it on the ticket.

Yes. Tell us about gluten sensitivity, dairy, nuts, or other concerns when you order. We can leave off cheese, swap sauces, or build a vegetable-only pie. Our kitchen handles wheat flour and dairy daily, so we cannot promise a fully allergen-free environment, but we will prepare your ticket carefully and label the box.

Specials usually rotate every six to eight weeks. Spring may bring herb and asparagus pizzas, summer leans toward tomato-forward pies, autumn often features pumpkin or mushroom, and winter may include slow-cooked meat toppings.
